Couldn’t Get Enough?
Here is a collection of work from the last few years with zero context, call it eye-candy.
Animation
Animation is just one of those things that makes me feel good when the project is complete. To me, it is so satisfying to sit back and look at the finished product.
Z Logo
This was initially done for a good friend of mine also named Zack. We was looking for a logo that fit his personality as a very “go with the flow” type person. I then decided to bring some animation into the logo, accenting even further that flowy vibe.
‘DCruzITM’ Video Intro
This intro was created for a stock analyst channel, DCruzITM. After creating his social headers and streaming overlays (seen below), I aimed to bring that same theme and feeling to this intro.
Illustrations
Illustrations are one of those night time can’t sleep projects I end up starting. Compared to my day-to-day work, illustrations are a way to be completely free, and just let my artistic mind take over.
Frank Sinatra Portrait
This illustration was done completely in my free time during my late night oldies sessions, with the main goal of improving my illustration skills. My grandpa always had the oldies playing while I was growing up. Jimmy Durante, Sammy Davis Jr., Frank Sinatra, you name it, so I grew up having a great appreciation for this era of music.
Social Media Designs
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a vast array of clients from professional gamers, all the way to world renowned cave divers. Here is a short collection of social media designs including Twitter header and YouTube banner designs
In Game Overlays
With the increase in popularity of livestreaming over the years, many have begun to overlay their own brand on top of their streams, or around their webcam. Streaming graphics are some of my favorite things to create, and offer streamers great ways to market themselves subtly and in style!
Icon design is one of those things that requires patience, a lot of creativity, and a good amount of caffeine.
Iconography
Hockey Icon Set
This was part of a project for a creative internship with my college. As I’ve mentioned a gazillion times, I am an avid hockey fan, so hearing about the opportunity to work with hockey while simultaneously gaining knowledge in the field of icons was great.
Four Seasons Icon Set
Winter, spring, summer, and my favorite season of all, fall. Living in Connecticut, we are lucky enough to experience all four seasons. For this project, the goal was to create seasonal icons that those in Connecticut would be familiar with; the orange leaves scattering all over in fall, the beaming sun during summer, the park benches and backpacks for spring, and the bombardment of snow during the winter.
